These terms govern your use of CDL Compare (cdlcompare.com), operated by AI Machine Solutions LLC("we," "us"). By using the site, you agree to these terms.

The service

CDL Compare publishes comparison information about CDL training schools and trucking companies, including estimated pay and training-cost figures, and connects drivers with schools and carriers through registration forms and a paid applicant portal for schools and carriers.

No warranty on third-party data

Pay rates, tuition costs, fleet size, route types, and benefits shown on this site are estimates gathered from public sources and self-reported information. They can change without notice and may not reflect current offers. We make no guarantee of accuracy and recommend confirming all figures directly with the school or carrier before making a decision. CDL Compare is not a party to any employment, enrollment, or training agreement between you and a listed school or carrier.

Driver registrations

When you register interest in a specific school or carrier, your information is shared with that organization. When you register "general interest," your information is shared with every school and carrier using our applicant portal. You're responsible for the accuracy of the information you submit.

School and carrier accounts

Paid plans are billed through Stripe on a recurring basis until cancelled. Each paying partner receives a unique, confidential link to their applicant portal. You agree to keep your portal link confidential and not share it outside your organization — it grants access to driver contact information that other partners cannot see. We reserve the right to suspend access or revoke a portal link if it is shared or misused.

Listing accuracy and verification

We manually review listing requests before publishing a new school or carrier. We reserve the right to decline, edit, or remove any listing at our discretion, including if we cannot verify the organization is legitimate or if information provided to us is inaccurate.

Prohibited conduct

• Submitting false or impersonating information about yourself or an organization.
• Scraping or bulk-harvesting driver or listing data from the site.
• Sharing a paid partner portal link with anyone outside your organization.
• Using the site to send unsolicited commercial communications to drivers or listed organizations.

Intellectual property

The CDL Compare name, site design, and original content are owned by AI Machine Solutions LLC. School and carrier names, logos, and marks belong to their respective owners.

Limitation of liability

The site is provided "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, AI Machine Solutions LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or reliance on information published on it.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the site evolves. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated terms.
